The Story of Christmas In Five Minutes

I traveled with our video crew to Minnesota to create this short film for Christmas Eve services.

People often wonder “how” God did what He did.

How did God become man? And the truth is I have no idea “how” He did what He did.

But as this short film shows … I do know for certain “why” He did what He did!

Merry Christmas, Friends.

It’s going to be a very curious New Year!

7 Great Christmas Gifts That Give Back

GivingKeys

The Giving Keys exists to employ those transitioning out of homelessness to make jewelry out of repurposed keys that get sold and shared around the world. Each key is unique and carries a message like HOPE, STRENGTH, DREAM or COURAGE. When the wearer of the key encounters someone else who needs the message on the key, they give it away and then send us the story of their key being paid forward. I have long been a fan of The Giving Keys. Follow and communicate with the founder, Caitlin Crosby.
What you give: Help and employment to those transitioning out of homelessness.
What you get: Keys and an opportunity to do good.
Gift here.

What do you do when your Christmas turns blue?

If you feel blue during this season, you are not alone.
Find HOPE in the Colors of Christmas.

Please RT, POST or PIN this message for people who may be experiencing a blue Christmas season.

And realize every time you “SHARE” you “SEND” hope & a meal to a hungry child!

*** Over the years I have heard some unique and unexpected Christmas messages by pastors I admire like Reggie Epps, John Ortberg, Andy Stanley, Don Wilson, Dave Stone, Kyle Idleman, Dudley Rutherford, Jud Wilhite, Shane Philip, Bill Hybils and Gene Appel. This is a message I preached last Christmas at Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV) in Phoenix, Arizona.
